The current situation of the global Pandemic has effected us deeply and as we all seek peace and serenity around us, let me take you to visit my Secret Garden~little treasures from my personal jewellery collection that are close to my heart.
The Secret Garden

Featured here in the first pick: A very delicate silver ear stud in Zircon and Persian Turquoise, gifted to me by grandmother-in-relation when I visited India last, about 28 years ago. I love this pair, given my passion for Turquoise and I also love how each tiny stone has a different shade. It’s believed that if the Turquoise suits you, it changes color.

My second selection is the pearl pendant from Enchanté, a piece I always find comfort in wearing. Though I design so many pieces, I personally own a very few of them but have a big wish list .
Pearls known as the Queen of Gems and Gem of Queens is so classy and exquisite, I feel they dress you up like no other.
My third pick is one with a very special sentimental value. The Amethyst drop studs and pendant set..given to me by my Mother. AMA was gifted these by Baba, bought on one of his trips abroad a long time back when we were kids. I love the simplicity and elegance of the design and for me they are priceless, with the association and memories they hold.

For my fourth pick of this series, I want to share my very special formal earrings.. The Gold Danglers~gifted to me by my Mother-in-Law when I got married. They belonged to her and therefore cherished and very special. I really love the design and versatility of these earrings.. and so wear them whenever I get a chance. They look glamorous with Saris.
“Life has all of us in awe at the moment and all of us are going perhaps, through a journey of self-discovery, learning to cherish the little things that make a difference in our lives.. Do you have special attachment to your jewellery pieces? Would love to hear about it” ~S
